Wow, not the best way to represent your company to be honest, if thats the type of attitude they have. He's just making himself and his company look silly. Who would want to be business partners with them?Haziqonfire
Sony and Microsoft it seems are more the willing to have his games on there systems!

How did i know this was a Lunchbox thread even beforelooking at the thread creator :P Do you ever get tired of relentlessly bigging up the PS3?!

I mean if its as good as your inside voices seem to be telling you, why must you defend it so much let it speak for itself!

[QUOTE="S-Slambo"][QUOTE="Timbury"]

Huh, TREAL already proved those people wrong. K2 in fact DOES do new things. It does, like i said read the posts, when did other FPS do badges, First person view covers systems? come on man, give credit where it is due. :)S-Slambo

Why do you keep bringing up badges isn't that just like CoD 4's ranking system just done a different way hardly new is it? Also you have completely dodged others peoples arguments about the cover system.

They may have use the lean the peak as an accuse but they also named two games that have a sticky cover system aswell. So again Killzone 2 may have improved the idea but its nothing new.

The reviews didnt state it does new things for a reason because it doesn't.

Um, the cover system shown in K2 is SOMETHING NEW TO FPS, that's what i implied. No FPS to date has a cover system like k2 done completely in a first person view. Lean and peak isn't the same. No one has debunked what TREAL has said. Thank You.

Yes it has been done before in Vietcong Shellshock 2 stop saying it hasnt may not have been done aswell but doesnt stop the fact it has! And i didnt say anything about TREAL where'd that come from?!?

Before i get flooded by "its a 2007 game" "it wasn't in dev as long as K2", etc etc. I'll just say this: It being a 2007 game is NO excuse, the 360 was out longer, the 360 supposedly has easier hardware and stronger GPU/RAM.....and to make things worse, Bungie is suppose to be much more talented. Most of the time taken by the development of K2 was GG building the engine, it wasn't them having all this time working on graphics. By all means Halo 3 doesn't look bad, textures are very good, but character models are horrid, it isn't technically impressive and not much happens on screen. Whats even worse, it plays almost identical to Halo 2, the hasn't progressed enough, IMO. But that aside, what do you guys think..both are great games, with K2 being superior IMO. I think we can all agree, Halo 3 isn't a big leap compared to Halo 2. Yes, GG had the support from sony..but the supposedly better hardware from the 360 and bungies talent and experience overlays that, IMO. thank you and please kindly share your thoughts. S-Slambo
Wow you just bounced from one thread to another :P And there is nothing wrong with Halo 3 both it and Killzone 2 are both awesome games get other your ridiculous fanboyness.

[QUOTE="Andrew_Xavier"][QUOTE="S-Slambo"] so no evidence or proof to back up your claims? I don't think you know everything that K2 offers and does. S-Slambo
Proof? Play the game. I've proven ownership enough times now. Every point you made was contradicted and proven false quickly in this thread, the review itself says it does nothing new, whether or not it does old things well isn't the point of your post, you asked why people say it does nothing new...and they say this, because it does, nothing new :)

[QUOTE="IronBass"][QUOTE="dthach614"] psn have 17 millions members. membership grew faster than xbldthach614
1. And? 2. Those numbers include PSP numbers.

so how could psn user show a positive reaction? lol why would anyone show a positive reaction for paying for online gaming? xbl is a rip off. period. lol @ you thinking sony not charging for online gaming because of the ps3 launch price. lmao

Stop saying "lol @ you" "LMAO" makes you look silly and quite frankly childish, which wouldnt surprise me.

Anyway back on topic i been paying for a service which i feel is the best you can get on consoles right now. I no issues with the service which all my friends use to play games, socialise which im sorry but untill sony put a damn mic bundled you just dont get that same community feeling from thier online service.

Abit more Info i gathered :)

Little girls have been mysteriously dissapearing around the world. You play as Jermiah Lynch an Irish Detective, you get a mysterious note containg the following coordinates: 63* 2*N 29* 55* W

You (Lynch) take a boat where you are caught upon a large storm, only to wake upon the moon glow, and a gleaming lighthouse, this is where your story begins.

You are intercepted from a woman named Shelby Fitzgerald who claims is a long time scientist. She's apparenatly part of a large group of people who refused the idea of ADAM and plasmids, this area is still how it looked in the hey day of Rapture, everything glistening like it was built yesterday. They were able to dissconect any traveling bathyspheres to there area to keep them safe from any Splicers. There leader a scientist wants to restore Rapture and has possibly found the way. Apparently they discoverd that they can reverse the effects of ADAM on Little Sisters and this creates an antidote which they can release in a gas type form. Which is why they went around kidnapping the little girls to restart the Little Sisters program. She needs your help! Can they bring back the glory of the once shining city in the sea, or is there a dark force that'll do anything to prevent them? (aka Big Sister)

Again take this information with a grain of salt :)

Not sure one source says you play Jake Abbot the next says Jermiah Lynch maybe thats two characters you play would make sence with the co-op element?!?

Just went to 2K official forums and got some more info apparently from GI mag! "- Takes place 7 years after the original. The main character is Jake Abbott, a private investigator searching for one of the girls kidnapped by Big Sister. - Two-player co-op is added. - New enemies include spliced up dogs and bipedal robots, which like other mechanical enemies can be hacked to assist the player. - Two of the new plasmids were revealed. One slows down time for a few seconds. The more interesting one is Telepathy, which you can use to eavesdrop on the thoughts of NPCs and gain information. For example, you can use Telepathy to uncover the combination to a keypad or gain insights into enemy weaknesses which translate into damage bonuses and new tonics. - Epic boss battles and underwater gameplay. Much of Rapture is now flooded and you will need to don a diving suit to explore these areas as well as venture outside Rapture itself. An underwater boss fight was shown with a gigantic squid, which can cloak itself and use its massive tentacles to smash into Rapture and hurl debris. One of the concept artworks hinted at a boss battle with a mutated, spliced rhino in Rapture's zoo. - Jake won't be the only one investigating Rapture. At some point in the story, Soviet agents arrive from a submarine, hoping to acquire Adam and use it to gain an advantage over the Americans in the Cold War. Soviet enemies will be much smarter than splicers, using cover and flanking maneuvers and working in groups. As the game progresses they will begin splicing themselves and be able to use plasmids against you. The Soviets and splicers will fight against each other and the player can use that to their advantage. " Take the info as you will :)
