Forza 2 is a first party game. Therefore is not an indicator of a third parties willingness to develop exclusively for the Xbox360.

Next gen might be incredible. With the Wii sales so good and NIN making so much money I hope that they come back next gen and make a great fun powerful console that blows everyone away. But untill then....the Wii is pretty niceFunkyHeadHunter

I disagree. I think that Nintendo are moving upstream into the hardcore market very slowly with the Wii. They only started where they did to capture the initial audience, which was a success.

It's called a disruption strategy. Nintendo's competitors won't be able to compete with Nintendo's hardcore games as Nintendo will have a much larger install base. They won't be able to compete for that install base either as it is not very profitable.

Remember that in 4 years, a 14 year old gamer turns 18. Nintendo will move with that demographic in tow.

Wii Music contributes to Wii sales. Third party developers decide independently which platform is most profitable, which is increasingly Nintendo Wii.
