Nintendo are picking up multiplatforms and exclusives.

Mad World, No More Heroes, Fatal Frame 4, Zack & Wiki, and Fragile are a few good examples of third party games that have made their way to the Wii thanks to tidy sales.

Wii fans also benefit from genres of games unavailable on other systems. Monster Lab, Zack & Wiki, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Lightsaber Duels are a few good examples.

It's Wii's unique nature that benefits from sales the most.

Have you even seen the multiplats available for the other consoles this gen? Wheres R* with their wii version of GTA?

Speaking of Multiplatforms, high sales are now making developers consider the Wii as the dominant platform. For example, Pro Evolution Football 2008 is much better on the Wii.

When you discredit Nintendo, instead of praising, worshiping and thanking them for saving the gaming industry.

When you don't consider the Wii to be part of this generation era of gaming.

I agree, hehe. Nintendo have done more for gaming than Sega, Sony, and Microsoft combined. This generation they're the only good company trying to expand the industry as a major priority.

Yeah I changed my mind about Halo 3 after completing it also. I used to call it overhyped but it's actually very good.

[QUOTE="the_dark-knight"]Why the hell would you buy one of those when you already have a DS? DS can play the older games as well...its like you are saying: "I have a 42 inch plasma tv in the living room, but I want to play on the 22 inch sylvania crt tv...just cause its a classic".SpruceCaboose

Size. I bought one for my cousin a year ago and regret having to give it away. Having portable gaming that small is incredible.

I probably wouldn't have done it if it wasn't the price of a budget game and it wasn't so damn cool. 8)

Having portable gaming that small hurts the hands too.

Meh. I have strong hands, I'm a musician.
