[QUOTE="Ultimate-Playa"]Their largest hard drive is 60GBelektrixxxNo, sorry. It's a shame because I really thought it would be a more intelligent rant. Oh no, add another 60GB and it's still miles behind what PS3 can offer in storage space.
[QUOTE="Ultimate-Playa"]you think the ps3 has a good deal? whatever 1tb desktop drive that how over twice the performance and is hardly more http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152102 Earth to imprezawrx500, you won't be able to use that HDD on your 360.Firstly, it is expensive as heck to make a hard drive that isn't used by many. It obviously increases the price of a "hardcore" Xbox 360 by a significant margin compared to a "core" Xbox 360. Also, I'm still mystified as to why they didn't go with a regular laptop hard drive like Sony did with when designing their PS3.
Secondly, was the move ever a good move by Microsoft? Their largest hard drive is 60GB and sells for 100 dollars. Now, compare that to a laptop HDD which sells for $10 less and is 340GB (400 GB) larger which can be installed on your PS3.
360 HDD VS Laptop HDD of similar price.
Now, don't get me wrong I love my Xbox 360 but I really wish Microsoft didn't go with proprietary HDDs. The space limit and price is really constraining at times. imprezawrx500
Oh, its pure and simple logic, and very good business sense. If you want more memory, you are going to pay M$. Its a great business model. But great business model = bad for consumers.TheGrat1I'm not sure if I should find comfort or discomfort in your post. I mean Sony is already doing it and it hadn't exactly hurt them.
[QUOTE="Ultimate-Playa"]The largest one is actually 120gb. The 60gb is only $60 and the 120 is $120. I think I have to bang myself in the head now. The largest 360 hard drive is 120GB for 120 dollars. I decided to look for a laptop hard drive of similar price and I did indeed find a couple. A 500GB HDD only for 77 dollars and imagine how much more flexibility I would have with my media on a PS3 compared to a 360.Firstly, it is expensive as heck to make a hard drive that isn't used by many. I would actually be able to transfer tons of 1GB movies to that and free up space on my computer. Geez, really, Halo is the only reason I bought a 360 and stuck with it.

The natural man were to work, and make women pregnant to carry on life. The natural woman were to nurture and give birth to babies. No same sex relationship can successfully accomplish such. If there were no heterosexual men or women in mankind then there would be no humans to begin with.*sigh* That it is unnatural is irrelevant. Using toilets instead of taking a dump on the ground is unnatural; I don't see you objecting to that. Secondly... if it's immoral to be in such a state that you can't have babies, then it's immoral to be infertile - and thus, immoral to be, for example, a young child. So... do you think that it is a moral obligation to breed? If nature intended that there should be homosexuals then why even bother creating women?
