My pick would be Killzone 2. I want to see if Guerilla can redeem themselves after the first Killzone.

Host advantage, blind fire shotgun, boomshot spammers, oh yeah, keep the bad times rolling. BTW, I'm not defending Halo 3 because it certainly has it's flaws. I'm just stating that too many people overlook a game's flaws and deem it perfect game. Everyone has their opinions, but all the yellow journalism is really starting to get to me.

Host advantage is really the biggest fault of Gears of War. Blind firing a shotgun is an effective tactic whenever an enemy is close to you. It's kind of the common sense thing to do instead of making yourself move much slower just so you can aim a weapon that's so inaccurate and nearly useless to aim anyway.

Boomshot can be dealt with if you know what you are doing. Hell, I don't even know what you mean by Boomshot spammers. I never encountered any of them.

Like I said. Gears has a one of a kind multiplayer experience. It's supposed "flaws" are just characteristics that help seperate it from the norm. Flaws would be things like games being dropped all the time, the game constantly freezing, or horrible hit detection. Players not aiming a shotgun isn't a flaw.

I said Gears of War because Halo 3 had an absolutely horrible story too. Plus I just like the characters from Gears of War more then the characters from Halo.

not necessarily, yeah theyre both run and gun shooters but i dont think u can compare resistance to halo just yet.

It's the subtle little things that make the games nearly the exact same. The gameplay mechanics are nearly identicle.

Resistance follows Halo's formula right on the dot. The only really big differences are the levels. Halo features few, very large levels. Resistance offers alot of smaller ones.

For me.

1. Change the Sony hud to something similiar to the Xbox 360's dashboard. Or just copy it. The PSP format works fine for a handheld, but not so well for a console. Everything is too disorganized.

2. Make tracking you're friends easier. This relates to number 1, since the 360 Dashboard has a superb friends tracking list. We should also have the ability to answer a PM without having to quit the game we are currently playing. That's a no brainer and it's really tedious.

Everything else for the console is just fine for me. Since the PS3 has top of the range hardware, it will take longer to develop games for the system no matter what. So waiting for games to come out is really something we will just have to get used to. I have other systems to play, so I don't really mind.
