[QUOTE="UnholyThrasher"][QUOTE="raidenseven"] Problems with your post:
I've been playing on a Dualshock since '97.
News flash: there is a pretty sweet battery pack on the 360 controller. You have fun with that.
Point invalidated: Frag FX for PS3. Nothing like this exists on 360?
Redfingers
I don't have a battery pack on my 360 controller.
Personally, I think all of you fanboys are putting too many of your eggs in the wrong baskets.. I mean, C'mon, Kill Zone 2? It looks good, but there have been plenty of games that looked good but handled like crap. I. E. Kill Zone 1.
You've got some pretty good looking games coming out on PS3, but quit trying to say you "pwn to teh maxxxorz" with the pretty sequel of a game that was also pretty and did terribly.
Because you have a wired controller? Although I actually prefer the wired 360 to the wireless controller, I don't think you can hold anything against wireless owners.
Killzone 1 was rated down specifically because of graphical glitches. Meanwhile, Gears of War was rated up because of high quality graphics.
Read the OP and find and quote where I said the word "pwn" and "Sony" or even stated that Sony was the best of the three companies in the shooter genre.
My post was generalized, I guess I should have spelled that out for you. ;)
Can't say that I'm much of a fan of Gears of War, With all of the scenery the same color scene it gets boring to look at after a while. (Though it is initially impressive.)
To be honest, Wireless controllers do not hold a candle to the Wired ones, I have 2 wired controllers and no wireless, as they are lighter, and easier to handle than the wireless, unless you have your own personal theater and sit 50 feet back from the tv then there is no reason to not have a wire and spend a lot of extra money on batterys and battery packs.
