Wasn't really sure where to put this thread, but i'm just looking for some good demos or benchmarks that i can test my rig on. Just started to get into PC gaming. I ran the crysis demo maxed at 1600x900 and ate it for breakfast. Looking for something with a little higher resolution and newer to test on.

BTW I have and i7 2600 @3.4 ghz GeForce GT530 2gb and 8gb ram.

So if you buy a hard copy of the PS3 you get the digital copy from steam, and since they share the same account you can't play co-op on the two systems at the same time? Am I understanding this? So even if I bought a PC version, i can't co-op because my PSN and Steam account would be linked?

I'd like to play co-op without the split screen. Though one nice thing is, i can play on my buddy's PS3 while he's on his PC.

Sacred 2 for PS3. Almost 2000 hours and only beat it once. Though Tactics Ogre has been my most played. Thousands of hours, beaten numerous times.

I may have more time on Tekken 2, but fighting games have a natural replay value, so I don't really count these as a normal replayed game.

well on the blu ray disc, you should have the option to play it in 5.1. Not sure if you left in 7.1 if it would just play 5.1, or you'd have missing channels. which in this case would be your middle R and L. Unless there is a bunch of audio recorded on those channels, i'd doubt you'd really even notice.

Sacred 2 for me. I keep playing it. I play about 20 hr stretches at a time. I put over a 1000 hrs into it when it first came out, now i play it causally, and its fun. I "inbetween" game i play between new releases.

Fee is obvious, the problem is the complexity of paying. I know this was a major issue with the PC, still think you'll have to sign up with mulitple companies. I just hope they make a simple payment option, like paying through PSN would be nice. People thought Konami was bad with Metal Gear Online, They have nothing over the paper-trail bureaucracy that is square enix.

well the best one I got wasn't for the PS3, It was for one the castlevania games for the DS. It came with a CD, with every castlevania song on it, a carrying case for 2 DS games, and an extendable stlyus, the first one at that time. Awesome for my bigger hands. The CD was very cool.

Not a game thread. Just wondering if it loads faster plays different. I sold my hard copy, wanted to play it again, plus it has all dlc and is only $30 it's worth it to me.

Again, just wondering If it plays faster straight from the HD?

CoD--Boring, and involves boring and cheap tactics to get rewards. Poor design concept in my eyes.

Heavy Rain-Horrible Horrible looking and animated game. Liked the concept, played all scenerios, but it looked "dated". I believe development was too long.

Oblivion- not a fan of how it's played, hands in front of screen, why i didn't play Bioshock. Though I do plan i getting new Elder Scrolls game this Nov. I'll give it a shot.

It was released that way for the PS1. My favorite controller by far, it fit my big hands perfectly. The fact that the PS3 wasn't released with the silver boomerang, was the exact reason I didn't buy it at launch.
