Ah, I feel your pain on the factory settings thing, I think it was last november I got attacked by about 20-odd viruses *I'd guess that number anyway* and my computer wouldn't go to the login menu anymore, it'd restart just as it was about to go there, so in the end I lost 17 chapters of a novel I was in the middle of writing, a load of my musics that I'd lost the CDs for, as well as a load of gif/jpgs and actual pictures. All gone. Twas a nightmare. And I take it by the union deletion you're on about the fourth arc incident I keep hearing tell about.
