I've already played 1/4 the number of Halo 3 matches in the past 3.5 weeks as I did Halo 2 matches in the last 3 years. I'm probably about the equal for total time in campaign mode.

Halo 3 has definitely got legs, IMO.

PS2 has the largest game selection. and last i checked PS3 is backward compatible.

No, not directly. For that price I'd rather buy a 2nd 360 for my son.

Indirectly, perhaps, as it means used prices will be lower in 2-3 years, which makes my target price (what I'd pay) of about $150 for a PS3 (based on current and forecasted titles) more likely to occur.

360: 8/10 (+GAMES, -RROD, meh for sales)

Wii: 6/10 (+ sales, - online, meh for games)

PS3: 4/10 (-games, -price, meh for online).

The way I see it, the Wii could go up on the strength of games btwn now and xmas, I don't think the PS3 will.
