Brightest setting here. I rarely turn off my ds. If I had the setting too low and play it outside in the sun, I wouldn't be able to see anything. So, I keep it at the brightest for not having to turn on and off each time I play in or outside.

I've been searching everywhere for a way to use my optical out from the ps3, but no luck also. Can't believe after many google searches I come back to gamespot to find out to just use the included av cable to just use the audio ports only.

Better to not touch the switch in the back too often. It's like all switches and electronics. The more you activated it, the more chance it will have on breaking.

Will it work with the cover off? The battery still hold pretty well without it.

Yea I think the remote play function is a bit overhyped. Playing PS1 games is almost unplayable through remote play because of the bad response times. Sony previewed the rear view mirror function but never implemented it into any games. I think its Sony's way of trying to get people who have a PS3 to buy PSP.

TheLordHimself

Yeah, the response time delays are annoying, and the only way to actually get a fairly decent response time is to play it in the same room as the PS3, which is pointless since you might as well play it on the PS3 itself.

If you keep your router close to the ps3 and using a good wifi signal on the psp, it'll be just the same as direct remote play through the ps3.

The response time is a bit annoying, but will get use to it. I'm keeping a ps1 game in my ps3 whenever I would go out with my psp now.

Is this for diamond/pearl? It's been a while since I last played it. There was this item you can have it hold while traveling lots of steps. I usually use the bike path. A few minutes later, and it should be at max happiness. Even without holding the item it will still raise happiness, it'll just takes longer is all.
