9Dragons is a neat MMORPG based in the Ming Dynasty of China I believe. There are many options to choose from for your characters, and it provides fun gameplay for a long time. More or less your typical kill monsters to level and do quests etc. but still very fun since it has so many neat and original things that arent found in other MMO's. Every clan has a 'dragon' which would be considered a god/messiah/leader that lead the house in the past. Excellent 3d graphics. Worth the get. http://9dragons.acclaim.com/
Metin2 is the newest MMO in my 'arsenal' and is an MMORPG that has the same kill to get xp and quests elements, like many others. The neat thing about it is the clas$ system, which allows you to choose a clas$ and then choose from 2 branches. My personal favortie additions in Metin2 are the fact that you can fish, mine, and do many other things, as well as get married. I also really like how every once in a while a meteor will fall from the sky, and if you break it, you can get rare items, gold, and other stuff thats usually difficult to find. 3d graphics, not as good as 9dragons though.http://www.metin2.us/
War Rock is a very fun MMOFPS that takes elements from battlefield and counterstrike. You start with the default weapons for every clas$ but as you kill people in games you can get money and buy new weapons, which sadly only last you a set amount of time before they expire. Usually by the time they expire you can get your money back plus extra. The physics are a little off, as sometimes if your close to a wall your arm or something will stick through and can be shot, and there is the occasional lagger/hacker, but it is still one of my favorite games. 3d grapchics are a little choppy at times. http://www.warrock.net/
Achaea is a very fun MUD (text based online game) that sadly hooked me and got me addicted for quite some time. It reminded me of a book, and it was amusing to create my own 'story'. There isnt much I can say about it, as it is kind of simple and such, but I would recommend that you give it a quick try (if you like books and such) and see if you like it or not. Sword of the New World (an english 'remake' of Granado Espada) is an original MMORPG that allows you to create a party of 3 people, then you can switch as you wish between them and the other 2 are CPU's. You can also set it to full auto and leave it on all night, letting your group massacre everything. The only problem with that is if a boss spawns and you get owned. But its all in good fun. Last time I played, I remember that the gameplay was kind of ruined because of 'error trees', which were trees that couldnt get their skins and were red frames with errors signs all over them. They shatter the moment, but they might be fixed by now. Nice 3d graphics, other than thosetrees.http://www.swordofthenewworld.com/
Im pretty sure alot of people know about gunz, but in case you dont knwo about it, or this erver, here it is. Ijji Gunz is...well, its Gunz. Its an amazing 3rd person shooter/slasher that you can create your own 'hero' in. The gameplay is addicting, there are a few glitches that people take advatnage of, such as what they call k-styling (dont get me wrong, I be k-styling ppl to death as well :P), there used to be hackers, which is why I stopped for a time, but my friend told me there was an u pdate and I havent seen a hacker since. Alright, those are the only games I can remember off the top of my head, but when I get back home ill make sure to check my archives to see what other MMO's ive missed.
