To me is kind of pointless, the whole discussion. Lots of gamers complain about games been incomplete or unfinished. As a serious gamer i put some research about how many people actually finish their games (it should be around 20 - 25%) and is a low number considering the sales of games now days; and only about 50% get pass the first half.
There is a trend of games right now that are filling the market, kind like ARK Survival, DAYZ, Division, Destiny and a bunch others where people put hundreds of hours to it. It worries me becasue as a gamer i dont like grinding and these game are becoming quite popular.
@hermitkiller: I am pretty sure is going to be on PC sooner or later, It is a SQUARE ENIX title, this company has been pretty good about putting its games on PC lately.
No way the new PS4 is going to be able to reproduce native 4K resolution, It is going to be upscaled and I still doubt is going to reach 3840 x 2160 pixels, it probably will be more like 2560 x 1440 pixels. You need an equivalent GPU 980ti to at least run a 4K resolution at 30 FPS in some games and the new Playstation has lower GPU card.
Now I understand why Microsoft is putting its games on Windows 10, that way there is no need to invest in new hardware and want some extra details on games (if you have a powerful PC that is). However, they are struggling to make the games run smoothly on PC; I hope with a little more time, sooner or later, they will figure out the way to make games that work properly for PC. I hope this does not happen with the new Playstation.
Hello guys just to tell you that i bought the game day one and so far i dont have any issues besides the fact that it does not run at 60 FPS and looks kinda blurry at 1080p, I guess is because is 720p native. At the start i had some crashing issues but it was because i did not have the update from the Nvidia Drivers. The game is pretty cool so far though.
The game looks nice, but 14 tracks, I mean, any Mario Kart game has even more tracks than that. I think they try so hard to make the game look good that they had to give up something else.
The cars has amazing detail, but i dont see the same level of detail in the evironment, it is like they put all their effort to make the car look good. The driving i would guess it is like other Forza games but i dont see the excitement in racing game anymore unless you are a fan for driving games.
The game was good but it was not exceptional and had some of the worst breaking game bugs i have ever seen. I was very dissapointed by level of quality of the game, i mean, the game froze on me like 5 times to the point i had to restart the game. There is so much glittering and enemies getting stuck in the doors and walls. NPC for some side missions dissapear without reason. And the WORST of all, i did not get the ability of free flow focus for some unkonown reason, which is very helpful in some battles, and cannot get the 100% of the game.
Somehow she is right, think about the Tomb raider Case, it sold aproximately 5 million copies and it was not even enough, 5 millions times $60 per game, is equal to $300m, which is a lot of money, and they were not able to brake even. To me it is insane the amount of money they are using to make games. Another example is Bioshock Infinite, Take-Two just reported last week that the game has sold 4.2 million copies since launch, and they lost around 88 million last quarter. Something it is just not right in the way of making AAA games.
I am not sure if is a good idea that they are changing so much in so little time. I am worried that the console is going to be out totally flawed due to all the changes they are making.
The only news that suprise me in the article, is that they lost 47.1 million on the first quarter, the same when Bioshock Infinite came out, it means that selling 4 million copies was not enough. Expectatives are getting higher,
