Ys Seven

Persona 3 Portable

Mana Khemia: Student Alliance (PSN version)

Valkyria Chronicles

Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7

I would gladly shell out the full price of a PSP for any of these games. They're that awesome. On a side note, I wouldn't have known how awesome these games are if I didn't have a PSP.

I'm buying it. I actually pre-ordered it, but it wasn't in yet when I went.

Everyone's debating over the future NGP as well as the 3DS, but does anyone have the same mentality as me that I'm basically only buying the NGP because it has two joysticks? i have a psp1000, thoroughly enjoy it, but there were plenty of games i skipped (mainly FPS's) because of the lack of a 2nd joystick. Now i know a lot of this has been stated before but personally i think the main, and possibly the only selling point (for me at least), will be the 2nd joystick. Monster hunter will finally feel natural.

I'm sure the fact that the PSP2 has 2 analog sticks is a main selling point for a lot of people, including me. However, I wouldn't say it's the only one, as I'm looking forward to the 5 inch HD screen and faster processor, among other things.

And don't forget new releases are $30 now. I'm definitely picking up Gods Eater Burst now, and I'm gonna see if I can get $10 back on Tactics Ogre. I'll probably get MHFU too since it's now $10.

A topic not many fans have spoke on. Will the NGP use the Memory Stick Duo sticks? Will the turn to SD cards? Many gamers will be transferring their PSP 1000, 2000, 3000 & PSP Go Catalogs over to the new handheld. Can we the gamers use our old Memory Stick Duo or what? Will Sony eventually upgrade from 32GB to 64GB? What is your opinions on this matter?Coolyfett

I`m pretty sure Sony stated that they`re using a new kind of memory stick for the PSP2. It sucks since it would have been nice to use my MSD cards, but as long as it has a faster transfer rate, I guess I`ll be fine. And I definitely think Sony will upgrade to a stick with a higher capacity than 32GB. I mean, today, even a 2GB would be considered small, and if you like to hold a lot of videos and music, an 8GB is practically a minimum.

I'm gonna go ahead and assume you're talking about Kingdom Hearts. Might want to put that in the thread title.

Mine to. I should get back to playing that soon. :P

Is it any good?

They just said it's their favourite PSP game, so i guess yeah, they think it's good. I think it's freaking awesome as well.

But my favourite is Ys Seven. Practically got everything I want in an action RPG.

I don't know what kind of pockets you guys have, but between my wallet, cell phone, and the other usual stuff (change, tissues, keys), I have NO room in my pocket, and even if I did, I would not stuff something this beautiful into my pocket. And FYI, this CAN fit into a normal pocket, as shown in an interview. The real issue with fitting it in your pocket is width, and this thing is thinner than the PSP-3000.

And the battery is said to be 5-8hours, far from crappy.

Price has not been announced, but even at $350, it would be an awesoem price for what you're getting.

Anyways, the positives for me is basically what you listed as positives as well. Looking forward to great games and dual analogs.

It's just a safety measure, and I don't see what the big problem with it is. It's just a way to decrease the chances of your PSP dying during an update and it's firmware screwing up your PSP.

As for why this is still imposed while it's plugged in, it's not that far of a stretch for things to becme accidentally unplugged.

Anyways, as I said, it's just a safety measure. Deal with it.
