The controls were fine. The camera was the worst part of it, but that was easily rectified by changing it to the Iso setting. I quite liked it overall.

It changes the camera's perspective so it's more Diablo-like (which I found easier). Just look at the control scheme, it'll show you hte button that does it, I can't remember.

I know the d-pad moves the camera in and out...maybe you're refering to the choosing the camera that is furthest away?

The camera was kind o stupid but using ISO the game was great. I also found the controls odd at first but the second time they were fine and the third play through there were no problems with anything. Its a great game I just hope the campaign has a good length. Overal it was a good taste for a game that will do well, I predict a score around 7.5 to 8, 8.5 if the game has amazing things that the demo did not showcase.

It depends on whether you want to get a game now or wait. Starcraft 2 won't be out for some time. Of the ones that are out I'd get either Dawn of War or Company of Heroes. Both are excellent games. Age of Empires 3 just didn't do much for me. fenriz275

And also I don't understand how a server admin was able to mess up your game like that. If he somehow did, you should be able to report him. I would. Even if nothing comes of it, it doesn't hurt to try.

Admins (on servers with specific server-side mods) can change anything in a persons config.cfg. You can't report him and it's used to enforce server rules (like changing someone's name and such).

I have a hard time buying that there's an admin mod, that Valve is ok with, that allows the admins to mess up your game so bad that it's this hard to fix. Something's not right about this story. maybe you don't know how to fix a simple config change. Maybe you aren't telling the whole story. I don't know, it just doesn't make sense.

Believe me it happens when you get a nazi admin who knows what hes doing. It happened to my buddy just because his ex girlfriend was friends with the server admin where he was playing. It was actally pretty funny that they did that. Not nice though considering he needed his config for cal.

All of those games have a pop cap. Most RTS games do. In COH it's not at all restricting if you do what your supposed to and cap sectors and attack. It'll fill up though if you sit around and just try and build walls of tanks.
