I have all the Xenosaga games. The plotline is a bit convoluted, but the characters are what really drives the games. When I played and completed them, it was an awesome experience.
@travisallred Sounds plausible sadly. And it'll likely happen. Ever heard of Uplay? Its implemented into Far Cry 3. The game comes with a online pass slip, you have to have it to play multiplayer. Don't have it? Gotta pay. I'm fairly sure its like $10.
@Rwalsh7297 @jmicah88 @advocacy lol, are you serious? The PS3 is incapable of Skyrim DLC? No, Bethesda is just too lazy to rewrite the code and make sure it works properly for PS3. Most Bethesda games don't work well for PS3 not because the PS3 can't run it, but because Bethesda is simply too lazy to make sure it works properly on the system.
Yeah, LotR really isn't allegorical. Its more like a dualistic fantasy piece depicting the struggle between good and evil. Of course there's other things in there too, such as Boromir representing humanity, Tom Bombadil, and other things, but that's where the primary appeal comes from.
Yeah, Demons Souls and Dark Souls is a good example. Another example is bowing before a (PvP) fight, some people do it out of "honor" and others don't. Does bowing justify the battle ahead, a well-intended challenge? Does not bowing mean you're challenger is bloodthirsty? Its the little actions that count...
@DNOMYTE lol, "Dark Souls isn't even that difficult." Ok. But it was easy when that way stronger guy attacked you right? Skyrim is just as repetitive btw, most RPG's are. Apparently making players act thoughtfully and patiently is the mark of a bad game nowadays...
