You know, you wouldn't have to take an infantry job that would put you on the frontlines. You could be a medic or in communications. That would keep you nice and safe.

That's not why I made this post but what's so bad about encouraging people to join the military?

As a proud member of the US Army, and knowing I have a few years on most of you, I was kind of wondering if anyone here has any aspirations to join a branch of the military. Or hell, if anyone here is already in the military?

Just curious.

Oh, and if you want to, throw your age in there too. I'd like to get an idea on how age comes in to play with everyone's opinions.
