@noones-my-name Well I can tell you this, the Launch PS3's are built stronger than the Slim ones. the built quality is down from there and the placement of the blu-ray drive on the new ones is kinda dumb, plus its lid is kinda thin. Plus the bigger the console= the more space for which air to flow out = lower chance of overheating. So a launch console, could be the way to go for this gen too!

@Poodger Well only one thing to say to that. Halo, Uncharted, Last of Us, Shadow of the Colossus, Last Guardian, Gears of War and Metal Gear Solid will be a hard thing to play on a PC. You're missing out mate.

@crunchb3rry Ryse, MGS V and Killzone doesn't do anything for you? Look at the resolution, the crisp of the textures, the lighting, sharpened shadows and the draw distance, it's the little details at first that makes a huge difference.

With that said, IF one is to make a game which includes some sort of war, Then Russia, Korea, Vietnam, Germany and Japan along with the Middle East are the most obvious choices to begin a war. With that said, it's still quite distorted to make games like CoD where it's all about how great America is.
