I'm looking forward to picking this up on release day. I have great memories of the original Bioshock, blew through BS2 so quickly that I don't remember it and barely touched Infinite at all. This is the perfect opportunity to revisit an excellent series.
The graph shown certainly suggests once the insane surge of initial interest in Pokemon Go tapers off, so will Nintendo's spike in value. Or maybe they'll release another complete flop of a console and piss away their position of power yet again.
@computernoises: It's an elaborate type of microphone stand that clamps to the mic without wrapping around the shaft and obstructing the diaphragm while producing as little physical contact as possible.
I highly doubt they'll ever make anything nearly as good as the original Quake. It was dark, terrifying and so very unique. The Lovecraftian atmosphere set it apart from virtually every other FPS ever made and the game handled so beautifully. If they ditched the generic theme of hostile aliens and went back to the root of what made the original so absorbing, I would gladly give them my money.
@maltnut: Agreed. This isn't a legitimate article so much as it is the musings of someone that clearly needs to start their own personal blog. I read the entire thing thinking there may be real news or information in there somewhere...but no, just a page of someone's editorial take on the franchise.
Blown away by this game, I am. Easily the best first-person shooter campaign I've played in many, many years. Personally I like the multiplayer but even if you played the beta and hated it, holy shit you must try this single player.
@Nightmare350: I agree, I'm enjoying the multiplayer but the lack of a classic FFA deathmatch is just strange. Here's hoping they add it in the near future.
