@tionmedon Would like to believe that. But so far every fanboy that bashes a game just because it was not released on his platform is, for me, a non-gamer.
Example: A gamer would see the quality games that both Halo and Resistance are. Only an idiot or an ignorant would say "halo/resistance is shit, resistance/halo is way better".
You stick (or should) stick to a platform out of pure preference, maybe other circumstances (like how many of your friends have that platform, for example, that can also have some influence). The you ignore that console you don't like.
Because honestly... this has the same degree of stupidity in both Games, music and movies. You can't just ignore what you don't like; there seems to be a rule saying that you MUST hate it and brand it as you enemy. Quite stupid.
To have a X360, a PS3 and a updated PC. To play every exclusive and get the most convenient version on those multi-platform tittles. Nothing beats that.
@MelvinMcSnatch If you care to know about the game's industry as a whole, that process is called "First Party Approval". And is almost the same for every first party out there including STEAM platform (although this one is more adaptable, still has it's own guidelines)
