Well to make it more short you can die in your sleep if you have a bad heart that cannot handle the shock from the fall/drowning in the dream last dream I had I was a woman walking ontop of the golden gate bridge I had on a blue sunday church dress and a blue hat to match and high hill's also then I rember I looked down and started to fall and I woke up right before I hit the ground and another time I woke up after I had a dream of me yelling run!!! and when I woke up I was still hearing it...creepy
For those that have those dreams were they cant like say stop falling or they cant get to the top of teh water after diving again the reason behiond it is because you some how stop breathing in your sleep like say your nose gets cloged and you need to take a realy deep breath to clear it so your brain find's a way to cause shock to take that burst of air but there's a risk of you dieing so it's a 50/50 chance live or die...living has turned out to be the main result but it is just to get that burst of air to clean out your wind pipe and if that fails ...plays taps...
