There are so many questions raised by this trailer regarding the identity of the character. A lot of people are questioning whether or not this is Big Boss due to the prosthetic arm, but how do we know it's really a prosthetic arm in the first place? There's clearly a lot of weird hallucinations going on, possibly due to the mysterious floating figure at the end of the trailer. Maybe the arm is part of those hallucinations. As far as I know, amputees aren't fitted with prosthetic limbs while they're still in comas.
