For me, it's not that it didn't live up to they hype... it's just that some of the things that we saw in early game footage got cut... the main one, in my opinion, being effective squad management... also, I have tried all game to interrupt someone, but it hasn't happened yet (3/4 through the game)

I'm interested to see where Lost Odyssey goes. It sounds like it shapes up to be a Final Fantasy type of game. Turn based, great deep story and so on. It's even from the creator of Final Fantasy if I'm correct.

Blue Dragon was an ok game apperently, but nothing special. Though, I would guess if you are into JRPG's you would enjoy it anyway. Maybe check out some player reviews here on Gamespot?

I actually never even thought of that. I used cheats when I was younger but it just makes the game less fun. I hate using cheats. I'm the kind of gamer that likes a challenge like Ninja Gaiden or Devil May Cry. Cheats with those types of games would be... damned foolish.

The whole style of the game makes me feel like I'm playing war outside when I was a kid only then the gay version. That pretty much sums it up. I just don't like the style of the game. The weapons sound like crap and look like toys, except for the giant spider contraptions; no enemy is satisfying to kill. And the multiplayer is too simplistic.

It's just not my type of game. I need games to go that extra mile. Go make it satisfying to kill someone. Go have a brutal feeling to shooting bullets in someones skull. You do that, you got a game. In my opinion that is. I can see why some people would like Halo 3, but it doesn't do that bit extra for me that is necessary to make it enjoyable.
