Taxes in the US are WAY too low and have been for half a century.

@outworld222: Ah ok. So they wanted you to stay on topic and you didn't. Seems frustrating for you but staying on topic is staying on topic, regardless of whatever you wanted to say about hamburgers. You chose to close your account, so good on you for realizing what works for you and what doesn't.

@outworld222: Because you are in a discussion forum. You posted this and shared with us that this happened to you. Why would you do this if you didn't want to talk about it?

If you tell a story that you got banned for a joke, the single most important part of the story is "what was the joke".

Banned for saying something someone didn't agree with? Banned for making a joke?

Those are very vague terms, seems like there is missing information here, since I haven't seen behavior like that since 2000s niche forums. What was the "opinion"? What was the "joke"?

Marvel/Disney's goal is to grow its audience instead of only depend on the limited and aging population that are already fans of their products.

Something Xbox completely failed to do, and is suffering the consequences of now.

Microsoft isn't exiting the console market though. They are just expanding to software for other platforms.

@uninspiredcup: Star Wars was always a premier videogame franchise, even though it was licensed. Not only does the concept fit well with videogame genres of all kinds, they usually get really great developers at the helm (Totally Games, Factor 5, Bioware, DICE, Travelers Tales).

The bad part about modern Star Wars games is that there are so little of them compared to how many there used to be.

Looks pretty good and faithful to Indiana Jones.

The MCU and modern movies being heavily influenced by the tone of Indiana Jones is not Indiana Jones' fault.
