@redneck1st: Great to see the workaround helped. If you face this bug as well, could you reply to this thread? http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/82251-Bug-with-mouse-controls-Quick-Access-Menu-(after-1-21)
I reported the bug in that thread. So far no one has replied that they face the same bug as well. Would help greatly if someone replied that they are dealing with this Quick Access Menu bug as well.

@Pyrosa: Yeah massive improvement man. At least the old GUI was easily controllable with the mouse. The new GUI is bugged with the mouse, as shown in this video:

Awesome improvement man. Patch v1.22 did nothing to resolve this bug. Awesome support man from the big Red team. Thumbs up.

EDIT: just found out setting Hardware Cursor to On (in graphics settings of game) helps tremendously with this bug. The bug still occurs, but much less frequently. At least the GUI is usable again now!

@Gomtor: Really? Skyrim and Fallout 4 are two examples of games which sold really well. Both are offline SP.

@Loki-1976: Man, learn to read. They will fix Vsync. And most probably they will fix it BEFORE the launch of their BIG game Quantum Break. And SLI/Crossfire DOES work with Windows Universal Apps (provided the video card drivers support it for universal apps). It just requires a bit of extra developer effort to implement properly. The developers of Rise of the Tomb Raider can add this feature in a patch (if the driver support is in place). The developers of Quantum Break can and should choose to implement this feature before launch. The developers of Quantum Break are doing the PC version themselves (it's not outsourced) and have been developing the PC version for a long time, so I would expect these features to be ready at launch.

@JamesJoule: Low sales on PC?? Lol, the people that say that stuff have never actually seen PC sales figures. Here's a graph showing actual numbers: http://www.gamesetwatch.com/nvidiagraph1.jpg

PC gaming software sales are bigger than all console gaming software sales combined!!

@derceto: 3 times 1 million is actually 3 million. 3 million + 1 million = 4 million total sales. 4 million x $50 is actually $200 million.

Two hundred million dollars is way more than this game cost to produce. Therefore, the game is already quite profitable, well before the PS4 release.

And yes, the 1 million included Xbox 360 sales and was for 2 months instead of 1 month. Doesn't really change the story though. The PC edition will continue to sell well, the game will hit the 4 million sales mark well before it even releases on PS4. And after the PS4 release it will sell several million more units. I guess the main point from this story is that the game is very profitable for the publisher, and we can definitely expect a sequel.
