The Custom avatar was just a tacked on feature done late development to meet the "online" requirement of games these days. It almost amazes me that nobody bashes FallOut 3 for not having online play, you know what I mean?

I only do 1 RPG at a time, but I play multiple games of other genres all the time.

I doubt that. Everything for FF7 is already there. All you would have to do is work on graphics. it's not like you have to create a script or anything.

MAG is more mature in my opinion. You actually have to work together to win. Alot of people think S.V.E.R is over powered becouse they always win, but the truth is they have the most team work. Valor and Raven are filled with little kids that can't think in terms not rambo that choose those factions becouse they look "cool" and "Futuristic". The whole objective based gameplay (besides CTF or TDM) escapes most children, so they gravitate to the simple mindless violence of COD:MW2

Your right. After all game reviews are subjective. One persons 5 can be another persons 9. since there is no objective reviewing criteria there can be no absolute answer. Only buying 9's really limits you choices to games that may not be as great as "they" say.
