Yeah, this isn't anything new. I'd imagine they do it to keep the seal population low, meaning they eat less fish = more fish for people. Whilst it might be brutal, it's probably one of the cheapest and easiest way for it to be done.

Absolutely not, it's terrible enough online.

I use the gamepad for both racing and fighting games. I rarely play either genre outside of the occassional Blazblue or Forza session, and I don't have a job yet so can't warrant buying expensive peripherals (damn you, microsoft) for each.
