Ok, I've been around long enough to see that the Wii has been bashed a great deal, due to the graphics not being as good as the PS3's or 360's, the name, and the fact it's more or less considered a Gamecube with motion sensing. Here's my view.

1). Graphically, true enough, the Wii doesn't stand a chance. But, in time, its been proven that they will try to get 1080p, and other resolutions. My better point is, however, since when has graphics truly made a game? I don't think anyone cared about how Mario looked back in the day. Graphics, make a game, they do not.

2). The name, of course, has brought about many jokes about, well, need I go further? I personally think it's both ridiculous and a bit immature. Seriously, grow up people!

3). True enough, the Wii has many of the same parts the Gamecube has. But, quite a bit of it is new to the table. Also, I'd like to point out, many assumed the DS would be "pwned" by the PSP, yet the DS has completely annihilated them. Clearly, power isn't everything.

4). Finally, the whole subject about how Nintendo's games are "kiddy". Well, since most of their games are actually really good, I'll be glad to play a kids game. Well, the whole statement is rather ridiculous, to be honest.

So please people, before you go saying that the PS3 will win because of the power it has, think again. Like stated before, power isn't everything. They're trying to make a game system into a super computer, and because of this, they'll fail. I almost guarantee this, especially since the PSP is trying the exact same thing, and I think everyone knows how that turned out. Add the fact that the Wii is $250, you can bet that, this so called "cheap piece of crap" will win, as the DS has done before.

As many of you probably know, many people have been getting injured, and their TV's and other property getting destroyed, because their strap has broken during play. For those of you who own a Wii, doesn't that seem a bit ridiculous? I mean, I've owned mine pretty much right after it came out, and I still can't see why that could happen. Nintendo had even made guidelines concerning how you should use the controller, but still this issue occurs?! I think it's pathetic. As the President of Nintendo, Saturo Iwata said, "the problem lies within the gamer, and not the strap itself". As least Nintendo has already started production for a better strap. Well, after a little bit of thought, I finally decided to give my brother my old special edition red DS, and getting myself a new DS Lite. He's been playing my DS quite a bit lately, so I finally decided to do it today. This is what I own now.

Well, after I bought my Nintendo Wii (see previous blog), I decided I wanted to make all my images LoZ. First I used my old signature, and now, X_Facter has made me an excellent banner. Tell me what you think of it.

On Friday 24th, at 6:02 a.m., I picked up a Nintendo Wii! It's really fun, and the games I have, Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, Call of Duty 3, and of course Wii Sports, are all enjoyable. If you have any questions about the system, I will gladly answer them to the best of my ability. But for now, off to play once more!

Well, this weekend, the final two next generation consoles are coming out, which means this is truly when the console wars begin. Let me refresh a few details, for those who don't know much about these systems.
The Wii


Set to revolutionize the gaming world, this console will be sold for $249.99, and will come with Wii Sports. The controller actually has a motion sensing device inside, which will allow you to play games in a completely different perspective. Basically, if you're looking for a cheap console that provides fun, easy gameplay, then this is for you.
Playstation 3


This console, the Sony Playstation 3, is also great, not only in hardware specifics, but in price. It is, by far, the most technological system on the market, and the game's visuals prove that. Their controller also has motion sensing. However, the price is very steep, at $500 for a 20 GB with way less stuff, and a 60GB, which will come at $600. If you have the money, then this isn't the worst decision you could make.

MY view: Both systems are proving to have something that will make them great. My big issue is with the Playstation 3. The giant has already been released in Japan, and already it's experiencing bugs. Personally, if I just spent $600 on a system, I wouldn't be very satisfied if it suddenly stopped working for me because Sony doesn't know how to make a system right the first time. However, look at recent history, and Nintendo has had no problems with their systems at all. Buyers will have to put this into consideration.

I would really like it if all of you would post your opinion on this. I am getting a Nintendo Wii, and I really hope I'll enjoy it. I just don't think the PS3 is worth getting right now, since it's such a high price for a system, plus it's going to have problems, despite Sony's best efforts.

Well, bought BT2 today, and I absolutely love it! It's really fun, and the best part is, I've played story mode for about 2 and a half hours now, but I've only completed 12% of the game! Now that's pretty nice! Anyone can ask me about the game, if there's something you're curious about. 

Well, it's Halloween again, and for better or worse, I have to give out candy this year. Still, with my gorilla suit, I'm bound to scare some kids this year. I've had my Razor phone for about two weeks now, and I love it. I'm going to get my Nintendo Wii in twenty days, and pretty soon I'll own Budokai Tenkaichi 2! 

Well, my grades came in, and while I can't really say I was scared to find out what they were, I was pretty tense. Well, they're actually pretty good!

So, not bad at all. Hopefully I can keep this up.

As for the good news, I'm getting a cell phone this Thursday, so that's cool. I'm getting a Razor phone. I think they're pretty cool looking. Here's a picture of one.
