@skid33es: First of all, you seem very angry for something that doesn't mean much. Secondly, this is the exact definition of microtransactions, so I'm not sure what the confusion is.

That's a pretty screwed up way to tell a story, though, I have to say. I don't find it offensive per se, but there really should not be anything that gives the idea of drugging someone without their knowledge a positive vibe.

Give me more Breath of Fire. I'd probably even take a remake of the fifth one at this point, and it was my least favorite.

I'm all for Mad Max winning. It was a great movie and well done. I feel like Revenant should be on next years list since it just came out. Maybe they planned to release this close to the awards though.

This is good news. I have loved Volition for a long while. The Summoner games back on the PS2 were a lot of fun. Deep story, lots of quests and exploring. Reboot that series!

A little too late on this one, I think. I still remember dealing with the weird graphics, all because I had a larger 500GB drive in my PS3. And then there was that ending...

Cool. I hope they add a New Game+ or something similar next time. I know it will break subsequent playthroughs but I enjoy that feeling of power in a game after I worked to finish it at least once.
