My uncle taught me the combatives course he took when he joined the military a few years ago. I could probably put up a fight, and if I overcome you, beat the crap out of you; but I'm not that big of a guy, so I'm not that sure.
I really don't mind high school at all. I kind of like it actually. Sure, all the drama that comes with it sucks; but meeting new people and hanging out with friends outweighs it entirely. I didn't like back in freshman year, but after I got involved at took more difficult courses, it challenged me and kept me busy, which I like. Plus,I met tons of people with the same interests as me.
Don't go to the college that you won't be happy at. You won't learn anything if you're having a bad time. I know having a higher level of education is very important and that, but people hiring you later in life will care more about expierence and what you know rather than a slightly more presitigese (sp?) college; especially for computer sciences.
My opinion, chose Binghamton first. If you don't like it, or feel like you're not doing your best, switch to RPI. A lot of colleges near me make you pay for the whole year first, so it's better to sacrifice 10k than 50k, if you don't like it.
