If Best Buy gave you the product replacement plan with the concept that if anything happened to your PSP, then they should honor that.
It doesn't matter that they changed the policy after you paid for it.. You paid for a service that would replace your PSP IN STORE if something were to happen to it, no matter what it was.
Yeah... You didn't sign anything, but that was a contract... a binding agreement, and what they did to you was completely absurd.
You deserve a replacement PSP as soon as you get to the store because that was the agreement that you made with Best Buy..... THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
IÂ can guarantee that no matter what action I would have to take, I would be walking out of the store with a new PSP.
I don't care what the new policy is... The policy that I paid for is a legal binding agreement and they have to honor that.
