well since my nex nes hasn't arrived yet i've been pretty bored, and i don't play w/ famitracker much now because i'm uninspired, when charlie finishes up his chiptune maybe i'll feel a little more like tracking, but really chiptune isn't what i want to make, i just want that stoopid 2a03 sound.

 

anyways so my roomate had some people over and they were going to do bad things, which normally i like doing also, but these were stupid bad things that aren't cool so i left

 

when i got to joe's i saw this

and heard some yelling

as you already know, my friends were trying to play mario. i was stoked because i have been waiting days for my new nes (my nes that i've had since i was a kid is in new jersey w/ my friend justin, but he's in New Orleans,,, CRUD) and i've been wanting to play for a long time now

so anyways, i've never liked contra, but super contra's two player is darnn fine. and also we played Jurassic park 2player, mario 1&3 2player, and a game called rad racer which despite it only having two songs, is a fairly good racer on the nes in a sea of cr*p

apparently i did something wrong in a forum post and got banned from gamespot for liek 4 days, i was way not awesome. i went to watch a video of that funny bird from stick twisting game and I GOT TO but then i wanted to leave a comment "hey bird guy, whats news?!" and i couldn't,.

 

Here is my theory, i made a post about how the gba is better than the DS and because that's unproductive thinking to the GS team they decided it was an illegal action, but now that i'm back get ready  to feel the pain in your brain

well AC4 got bad reviews, anyone who didn't see that coming is probably living in their bathroom with the doors LOCKS!!!

yah i mean its stupid, i knew it was going to be not good, and i've not played it, but yah, its AC and taking points away for the amount of time you spend building is RETARDED, thats what AC is dumbfu(ks!

(p.s. it appears GS gave it a relatively good score and had a few nice things to say about it, if i didn't hate GS' 100 point scale so much i'd say this is a good review) 

yah so like, i'm level 12, i remember a while back someone making a big deal about getting here, well sir, you're boring, just like level 12. the only level more boring than level 12 has to be every level except 20. that sounds like a cool level...

yah well i started playing shadow of the colossus yesterday finally, i mean, it's not like i'm really late or anything I just had no interest in playing it until now, I mean I watched other people beat it like the day it came out and that was fine for me, but i just wanted to explain so people don't think i'm a johnny-come-lately

yep, i woke up this morning sharing my bed, and feeling too sick to move

so eventually the girl in my bed left to puke or something and i just took over. it was awesome to have the whole bed to myself and the whole blanket, i was rolling back and forth with a big smile on my face but then i got naseaus

ok then like i woke up and ate tons of cereal and pizza rolls, and found some people's jackets, spun some cannonball on the pioneer and cleaned that room good!

Around the third or fourth party I was at last night I met some dope kid who had actually played Earthbound Zero. I was so hyped to talk to him about it but he called the DS "rubbish". So I went and talked to someone else. But then I decided I really wanted to talk to Earthbound so I went and found Oliver but he had somewhere else to go. Then the cops came before I could talk to him again and I was being dragged out the door by Ashley and I feel bad because I never got the chance to talk about the game. It's not very often you meet someone who's played those obscure never-made-it-to-america games and this dude seemed cool beyond repair. It was a strange, yet dope night where I helped someone move in and then did all kinds of stuff. Partying is good fun
