user a says: I find Resistance generic and you're okay with it.

user b says : I find halo generic and he doesn't know what he's talking about.

They will have upscaled ports of 360/ps3 games, PC ports, and the odd 3rd party timed exclusive (will release on PS4 when it launches later).

And which of those PC ports is a system seller? None of them. Games like Risen aren't going to sell a console ...

You think Sony would be dumb enough to release late? the only reason they released after the Xbox was cause of a problem with blu-ay and even after releasing a year later (18 months for europe) huge price tag, no games AND competition from the Wii it's still going to outsell the 360.

Sad really how well MS started and how poor they've become over the past 2 years.

Lol were talking about a consoles first year on the market. it sells itself on being new alone. all im saying is MS has plenty ways to secure games.

Sad? they are again making more profit then last gen, they have way more sales then last gen, and have way more develoepr support.

Its sad just how far sony fell from the top. the fact that your content with them taking 2nd place eventually" just shows how far the standards have been lowered.

dumb? if they released a new console in nov 2011, thats 6 years after 360, a perfectly good time to do so. And it would be great to get consumers interested in the next gen, therefore people not buying the ps3 in anticipation for the PS4. And when PS4 comes out, they will essentially launch into last place :)

Micorosoft need a quick slap back to reality. They won nothing, all the marketshare they've stolen this gen is looking like it's on it's way back to Sony.

What will MS have next gen? Will fans run to stores to buy them off the shelves with the PS4 released at the same time?

um ya......they won plenty. compared to last gen, they got more sales, more 3rd party support, and way more profit then with xbox 1.

And i seriosuly doubt they will launch at the same time. realistically, MS will get another head star. And if their product is actually reliable, they will have a good brand situation and will make it even harder for PS4 to catch up. PS4 WILL launch into last place :P sad really

to be insomiac is sonys prized dev.......because they pump out one AA or AAA game per year. Per year. those other studios take at least 2 years to make a game.

Funny thing. it got great reviews.......yet tanked by comaprison to part 1 in sales.

quite simply, its overall a very forgettable game. Nothing truly stays with you after you turn it off.

Itll be the sales king of 2010, but not graphics. Halow as never about the graphics, but about the features. And this game has features.........

yup, but now it wont be every year liek they used to. its slowed down. MS can simply give Halo to another fps studeio without skipping a beat. I think they may allready have on in mind. There was a Gearbox rumor a while back.
