I hope games tie to systems rather than accounts. If it ties to accounts it would mean that the game I bring home would be no good to anyone else in my family. One family buying several copies of one game is just sad.Articuno76
If it's anything like Microsoft's DLC policy, it will mean that anything installed on the system will be available for anyone to use. Installing on other consoles after that is tied directly to the person's account.
Well, Sony isn't going to be much better, IF they end up implementing some of these restrictions. PS4's looking really good right now, but I sure as hell won't be happy if they block used games, and/or follow the Gold subscription and require fees for online. Microsoft really needs to bring it when E3 comes around, cause there wasn't much here for me to get excited over.
As someone who prefers to buy all of my games new, that's still kind of shitty for them to block used games. I pass games along to my brother all the time, so this is extremely lame if true.
Has Sony mentioned anything of the second hand market? I really hope they're not going to be going the same route.
Well, the new Xbox seems like a great console for people who really f*cking hate their tv remotes. I'm glad I kept my expectations in check. I'll wait for E3 to decide if this is something I really want.
