I must admit that ever since they moved their customer service overseas, things went downhill. I remember when their customer service was based in the US, things were great, and they actually spoke english.
most are still in the -what I refer to as- the "honeymoon stage" of the game...only time tells if a game is really THAT good.
So it goes for Shadowrun: most are in love with it, but give it enough time and I can assure you that this game will end up in the bargain bin before you can say "pen-and-paper"
For some reason this game reminds me too much of the Iron Phoenix on Xbox1 (good concept but too shallow and shortlived)

bomb diffusing and capture the flag, right? but then again there was user made stuff, but thats not the point
