Given this, you have PCI-express. Depending on your budget, go with a GeForce 7600 GT (USD$110 at Newegg), GeForce 7900 GS (USD$190 at Newegg), or the new 8800 GTX for around USD$400 (or was it USD$500?) on Newegg.
Edit: Seeing that you're going to sites for the UK, Newegg isn't an option since they only take orders within the US. The idea is still the same though. UK means pounds and about a 1.8 conversion, the 7600 GT is around GBP£60, the 7900 GS around GBP£105, and the 8800 GTX around GBP£220 (values are 3-second mental calculations). ulillillia
