I noticed that they're selling season passes for the game, which I can only assume is additional single-player episodes seeing as how this game has no multi-player to speak of (good riddance). Maybe we'll see those scenes in future expansions, or maybe they just scrapped them altogether.
After spending some quality time with the game yesterday and today I can honestly say it has thus far failed to sink its hooks in me like the original BioShock. It's still a good game with high production values. I mean, it's absolutely gorgeous and runs silky smooth, and I have the 360 version.
One thing I noticed about the game is that it's just not as horrifying as the original BioShock. Maybe it's not meant to be, who knows, but the atmosphere in the first game was just depressing. You don't really get that same sense of dread with Infinite. All in all, great game. Is it worthy of a 9? I honestly don't know...I've yet to beat it, but I think I am a good 3/4 in. So far, I'd give it a solid 8-8.5.
I'm probably going to catch some flack for this, but I thought the ending for Fable: The Journey was great. Hell, I thought the game itself was pretty great.
It's not going to be any less phenomenal on consoles. It may not be as graphically sharp, but that's a given. I may actually hold out a bit on getting this (don't have a gaming PC) just to see if they announce it for next-gen consoles.
