at least they got Hideo Kojima as a speaker so we might (hope) see something from MGS4

people,, think about it this way

the way Sony is invisioning this,, you can go to company home space and watch their ads and videos

you can chat ith other players and play with them

honestly, why would u come to GS anymore?   :D

god, some fanboys are just idiots,  do u know what does GDC stands for?? it's not about games, and trust me ME showing with sloppy frame rate really didnt help the game much (most sites are saying even downgrade in gfx, i sure do hope to god they fix it)

guys,, u r missing the main point here

GDC isnt about games, it's not for companies to showcase games to their customers. it's for companies to show their new technology and tools for developers.

and guess what? sony showed a way for developers to adv online, to have their own home so ppl can access and a place to get content and achievments from the games... that is a good thing... hell it's great

360 fanboys were pumping up achievments and that sony does not have them, now when they did (and frankley did better) everyone is acting that it;s not a good thing

honestly,, stop being a fanboy, go watch phil's confrence, the PSHome ad dosnt do it justice like the confrince did

and hope that MS come up with something good to counter it

my point is, ppl saying sony did not show games, they didnt cause this isnt the place for it... nearest event is the australian event that is going to be in the end of this month (i think),

from what we've seen, home does look cool so far

but yeah, LBP does look cool, i thought it was ok but when i read that ppl can customize the levels in 1up i thought that it'll be cool    :)

from what they showed so far,, there is alot, and i mean a lot more to Home than just talk to other people

for now, leave the virtual games u can play there (bowling, pool, etc...)

u can play movies in a virtual theater (music also)... do u know what this means? i have a blue-ray (or stored video so far, what was said) and play it so other people can see it online... are you gettin the potential here

they werent kidding when they said the ps3 is not just for gaming

of course, this is just from the preview, so we cant confirm nor deny this    :)
