I would have to say 360 with PS3 fanboys coming in a very close second. Also there is such thing as a pure wii fanboy I don't think I have seen one?
Sorry for the bump but I promised after i played FF13 a bit I would post some of my finds. If you don't believe I have the game look up the gamertag pugthug. I even got trophys for it:
The whole game is completely linear until halfway through [approximately 20 hours].
I only put about 3 hours into it most of it was learning things, but so far yes it is liner because your in a building and on bridges
There are hardly any towns.
So far haven't got out of the first areas to visit any towns
The party is always fixed. The whole game just repeats the movie-battle sequence over and over [In fact the progression is closer to movie-run-battle-run-movie-boss-movie-run-battle…].
So far in the beginning yes everything is fixed because it is introducing characters and having you learn how to plan
There are rather a lot of movies.
So far yes but it is the beginning
Moving around is like a long marathon.
Not sure what that really means.
The whole game system is just a clone of FF10.
The whole skill leanring yes rest of it no.
You can't flee battles [You can't avoid most battles either as there is no sneaking past enemies, including weak ones].
I haven't attempted if there is a flee, but most likely there isn't do to the way mosters are, but you can sneak past enemies I have done it multiple times.
Your party is completely healed after each battle.
Yes but it saves on using items to cure yourself, so it is actually a plus cause it doesn't break up game play having to go through menu also no worry about forgetting to heal before a boss fight
If the main character in your party dies it is game over [There are only ever 3 characters in battle, often less, and often fixed].
Have yet to let anyone die.
The best tactic is almost always endlessly attacking. There is next to no strategy or skill involved.
Well in the beginning attack is all you can use I just barely got abilities
The summons' transformation scenes are a joke [i.e. Odin turning into a horse].
No summon yet, but from gameplay trailers I see I think it is a lame premise all together
The story is rubbish… [Spoilers omitted, but complaints centre on Snow's constant and cringe inducing insistence that he is a hero and will "protect" whatever it is the antagonists are menacing this time]
Haven't really got into to much story, but Hope is way more annoying than Snow. Honestly I want to slap him around.
Shopping is only done at "online" shops on save points, with no proper shops to be found.
True, but I don't mind save points are usually by shops anyway in past FFs
However, this doesn't matter as you hardly ever get any money [and you can never buy anything more powerful than what you already looted].
So far yes money is hard to get, but don't know about later on
There have been next to no changes from the demo.
I have the demo and it looks so much better
The status screen displays no real information.
I am not sure what you mean by real information. It shows everything that should be there
There are only 8 items usable in combat [For that matter, there are hardly any weapons or accessories, and the "crafting" system mostly consists of spending drops to upgrade their 2 stats].
Not sure as of yet.
There are no levels.
true all based on the ff10 thing purchasing upgrade for your character
With all their advertising money, just how was it they failed even to get Famitsu to give full points?
Terrible victory fanfare I guess
[QUOTE="ActicEdge"]That you are unbiased. Not necessarily I bet most out there are partial to one then the others. I love my PS3 more then the rest, so I consider myself to be a manticow^^^^ That's funny. Good joke W1NGMAN. Anyway, I have a question. What exactly does being a manitcore prove?

Would you mind giving us your impressions and comments on these points? Preferably, in a separate topic. I'd like to get some more concrete evidence for these things.
Will do I get the game tuesday. Send me a note or something to remind me.Well I am importing it from Japan as we speak, and judge my experience off that. I guess if it is a terrible game cows will be glad it is multiplat so lems can't hold it over there heads.
