the guy who came up with this nifty piece of legislation is a complete and utter moron. it will only affect sites based in america. so in fact it would have little effect on piracy, as most pirate sites are based in europe and asia and piracy in america is among the lowest in the world.

civ 5 and fallout new vegas are the only interesting games from that list.
