To be honest, those parts are really old, and really bad. And it's highly unlikely that you'll find a Motherboard that will support a 45nm Penryn and DDR/AGP. The best thing you could do right now would be to save up some more money, and get a new computer.
As an early poster mentioned, an E8400 is going to be bogged down by DDR and AGP parts. Save up, get a new PC. You could easily get something better than what you have for $600.

I was just wondering if this thing will be able to power Dual HD 4870's down the line.
Other specs include G.Skill Dual Channel (2 x 2gb) 4gb RAM; ASRock X48TwinTurbo Mobo; Sapphire HD 4850; 640gb HDD; Intel E8400 CPU
Here's a pretty good X48 Mobo.

This board supports 4gb of DDR2 (1066) and 8gb of DDR3 (1600) which gives some nice flexibility; and it's fairly inexpensive.
Edit: Extra Info
This would be good for you.

This seems to be a pretty good motherboard:

It supports 4gb of DDR2 Memory up to 1066, OR 8gb of DDR3 up to 1600, which you can OC, anyway. It's also an X48 Chipset, so you can CrossFire (hello, 2x 4850 or 4870) the new ATI cards. This would let you save money by going with DDR2 in the beginning, then you can jump to DDR3 later on. Plus, it's only a 220$ board.
Edit: Spelling :P

Not saying your wrong but dont rely on wiki for all info lol, but yea I head that from alot of other sites.
I know what you mean; I simply put the Wiki in as a citation. Some people on the Internet have the very annoying and tedious "PICS OR IT NO HAPPEN!!!!!111" mentality....
