@cjimrun Do you have any proof to back up you comment? and regarding Nintendo, have you ever heard about the Power Glove and the Virtual Boy? yeah, I think not.
Really? where have you been the last couple of decades? Actually, did you ever go take a history class? Yes, some video games are super violent, which is why we have a rating system by the way, but we all know it's not true violence. You should be happy we are no longer throwing people in a ring an asking them to hack each other to death. True violence is everywhere, just look at all the horrible things happening south of our borders (if you live in the US). Now that is true violence, not the make believe stuff happening in videogames.
So true! I remember a warning while playing Enslaved telling me to dodge the enemy attack or it was going to hurt me. I mean, COME ON! I have been playing games for decades now, I know what I have to do, don't ask me to press X or O just let me play!
Lots of hot air. I'll just wait for the real conference, where I'm guessing they are going to show the games. Who cares about social this and social tha? I just want nintendo to give me a real reason to buy it, so show us the games, Nintendo.
You know what else is ruining E3? Nosey reporters. There are no more surprises coming out during E3, most people already know everything there is to know beforehand, so what's the point of even bothering with the event?
Well, if the developers are always right, why do you guys bother reviewing games? Some design ideas may sound and look good on paper, but the end product is not always right. Which is why the FANS, not id, changed the flashlight way before id decided to add it to this new version. The darkness in the game was more of an annoyance that added absolutely no sense of fear in the game.
