If it's stuttering you are using too much VRAM! It doesn't get much simpler than that given it's the first two things in darn graphics setting menu.

Nevermind the badly produced games... Ubisoft still enforces region checking on their games. Not buying anything from them until they hit a solid 9 again. And what's with using the same engine for every game, of course you can't make a decent driving game...
