Really, there are going to be douchey employees in ANY retail store, because people working in retail are only there because they'll starve otherwise. It depends if you're dealing with a manager or just whatever high school kid they've hired.

As for the several EB Games locations in my area, they've been perfect up until recently, when first they didn't have my cloth map for Skyrim, and then they didn't have the codes for AC: Revelations. They've done alot of great stuff in the past though, like calling 3 other locations to find a game for me, and they're the only place really if you need something that's more than a year old and hasn't become a greatest hits or whatever.

The pricing is unbelieveable. Far Cry 2 is 9.99 new at EB Games, yet it's 19.99 for the digital version. I have a feeling they're going to go all Disney vault on us, put older games out of production and then jack up the price for digital downloads. Then 10 years from now they'll re-release it in retail at full price again, and digital will go back to full price as well. Support your local brick and mortar retailers!
