It always does that to me (when it says the match is cancelled)...my advice is to just find a match that isn't cancelled, but if it's happening to every match you try to enter, I don't know what else to say to help you I'm afraid.Flaming_Ape

The match isn't actually cancelled, it is just you.  I'm telling you, www.portforward.com will fix your woes.

I didn't get to play a single match of LP online because there were some problems. I went into a game and suddenly it said that the game was cancelled... then it happened again and I've atleast joined 50 different games but they all had the same problemSir_Marwin

Same thing happened to me.  You probably need to forward ports.  Go to http://www.portforward.com/ and they will walk you through what you need to do.

O RLY?

I'm wondering if it was his brother who gave Resistance a 9.8 and Sonic (PS3) a 10 as well (check his profile).

[QUOTE="aliasfreak"]Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see what is so great about it.  Why would you want to spend time in Home instead of actually playing games?  If I want interaction, I'll call up a friend.  I'm seriously inquiring here.  ragrdoll21
It's were "you" would go to find gamers to play online games with, nothing more....but thats still a good idea.

I guess I can see how it would be better for finding gamers to play with.  Just being able to see someone, walk up, and ask if they want to play would be cool.  Good point.  Thanks for some quality feedback.

But all of this home stuff, decorating your place, inviting people over, etc. just seems like a distraction from playing games.  Too each his own I suppose.

everyone isnt you...online is for social interaction so if you dont want that then why dont you just play offline

I do just play offline.  And where in my post did I say my opinion counts for everyone (in response to you saying "everyone isn't you"?  I just wanted to get some opinions as to why others think that it is so much greater to sit around and talk in Home than chat while playing an actual game.  If I thought everyone felt the way I did, I wouldn't be asking for opinions.

Unbunch your panties and actually read my post before trying to post some snippy little reply.

sunnystarz

Considering that I don't like meeting and talking to people on my console, no.  I just want to play games.

It seems my thread is completely misunderstood. I wasn't saying my post depicts reality. I'm saying that if you'd do the proper research, it's likely that upgrading your pc will serve you better through college years than getting a next gen console. To prove my point. Over here, if you buy five full-price 360 games (they are 70,- each, so that's 350) you can get 7 full-price PC games. How many games do you people here get in one generation? more than the average consumer. I think if you look back after five year, you'd have easily saved yourself maybe what... 200,-? That's alot of drink to buy for lovely ladies ;)2FacedJanus

Forget my previous post saying I see where you are coming from.  You put $2000 into your computer, and then go on to speak of saving $200.  Guess what, your system costs $1400 more than a 360.  You would need to buy a heck of a lot of games to make up that price difference.

I can kind of see where you are coming from, but sadly this college student doesn't like gaming on a PC, so the 360 is my system of choice.

I really could care less about reviews....if I like the game I play it. End of discussion.Hedgie931

So you do care about reviews?  I mean, if you could care less, that means that you care.  Maybe you should think about what you say before you type it.
