Oh yeah. A little Compaq Presario. Was awesome for it's time. Then I got an HP which I installed my first video/sound card in, then a Dell, and then started building my own.

always wanted a Compaq when I was younger, mainly because of the huge red logo, lol.

It was old, blocky and white; the only thing I did on it was play Pharaoh.

Let's face it, we all have fond (or not so fond) memories of our first cars, our first love, our first R rated movie, etc. Do you guys remember your first computer?

mine was one of these:

T'was top o the line when I got it.

100mhz, 48 MB RAM, 4.2 GB HDD (upgraded), Cirrus Logic 1 MB PCI Video Card, Crystal ISA Sound card with game port for joysticks. This bad boy ran me through games like Doom, Monkey Island, Star Trek A Final Unity, Jedi Knight I and II and Duke Nukem 3D. (and Myst, naturally.)

Do you guys remember your first PC?

This post brought to you by nostalgia.

Nostalgia. Because it sure beats living in the present.

I think him going back to Cleveland would be an interesting plot twist, "Return of the King' so to speak. Antagonist becomes protagonist, ha. =P
