WTF yeah, Ecco scared the crap out of me too! I hated jumping really high into the air at the start because it really frightened me watching all the sea creatures get sucked up into the wormhole void thing.
I agree with many of the other posters: the "Mile High Club" achievement and Call of Duty 4 in its entirety were some of the best times I've had on my 360. The achievement for me was really difficult to get; I remember formulating all these crazy strategies and patterns to get through the map. Really good times, man.
I'd really like to read one of his books. So far the only exposure I've had to the man or his work was the Call of Cthulu video game on the original X-BOX and a couple quick wikipedia articles after watching Cloverfield. -
I liked it, but wasn't crazy about it. I thought they could have delved deeper into the alien's culture and story. I agree with a lot of reviews that say that the first half was excellent, while the second half devolved into your average chase movie.
5 bucks for a piece of virtual clothing is ridiculous, TC. To all the respondents who can't understand where the complaint is coming from: perhaps TC would have bought them had they been at a cheaper price?
I don't see how you can fault Greenpeace for being concerned about this. Their goals seem genuinely noble and if there really is a dangerous amount of toxic chemicals inside present generation consoles then I think the organization along with the general public should be concerned. Also, the onus for the removal or future use of the toxic chemicals should be placed on the manufacturing companies.
