I wish we could have a F1 car's launch in where I live!

I remember Stefan Johansson twice finishing the race on three wheel rims back in 1987, if I remember correctly one of those times the suspension was quite damaged as well.
Really, but wouldn't that create danger for other drivers? Like you never know when the you might lose control and the car slides possibly crashing into other cars!I think that a rule should be applied where a car with 3 tyres has to pit in and put on a forth tyre, for the sake of safety that is.
