@nickpeck36: Sooooo basically you wrote a mini wall to say the generic "it's optional" argument, like every other person who a knight and shining armor to MT on $60 games. Cool.
@nickpeck36: Neverwinter has mandatory microtransaction because it's f2p not non f2p..Also still waiting on the full list of 200 games (not f2p) that you statistically pulled out your toilet.
I know microtransactions has been in games before (majority it being f2p games not full priced). Why not let people earn the armors, weapons etc and just charge for the maps if they need too so badly.....I mean Witcher 3 has content worth more than most games out there has to offer, and guess what it was for FREE! I mean 343 must be in trouble with money right?!....Even if the some of money went to the prize pool of a tournament, why the hell would I want my money being won by a douche MLG gamer, nice way to save money on sponsoring a tournament with a game they created.....let that sink....
PC: Children, Children please stop bickering.....Xbone stop being so defensive.......and PS4 what did I tell you about teasing Xbone with fps hmmmm, you know how he gets. Need I remind you a lesson on what I can do hmm?.....now both of you run along and play nicely.....sheesh!
@kumar_eats_pie: Do you believe everything developers tell you? Also how do you know it's one of the most incredibly balanced system out there, when the damn game isn't even out yet?!
The sheep this world is producing is grade E at best.....
@nickpeck36: 200 games huh? Please share the list of these 200 full priced non f2p games, no don't worry I'll wait. Please take your time....... Also read the comment below as a guide....derp.
@darkinverse: No, but this is the first time of it being in a Halo game where it never needed microtransactions in the past. Should really think before commenting..... -____-
"We thought we were going to make tons of money using RMAH, but it backfired on us. So now we are just going to use the "we listen to the fans, and now we giveback" route and say GAH/RMAH is going to close on march 2014.
Why 2014? because we are going to try to milk what we can. So for all you credit card "gamers"......you're going to actually HAVE to play the game, or play candy crush....The choice is yours to make."
