I just watched the pilot and I loved it. For everyone who doesn't exactly know what I'm talking about or even missed it (shame on you :P): Castle is the new show starring Nathan Fillion

as Richard Castle, the author of murder-mystery novels who has to deal with a copycat in the first episode of this tv show. And that's the reason he joins forces with Detective Kate Beckett a tough woman but also a fan of Castle's novels. Well, that's not exactly the reason Castle works with the police, he also just killed his main character, his golden goose, (probably just to annoy his ex wife :lol: ) and is desperately looking for an new inspiration, something to get over his blockage. To spoil you a little: by the end of the pilot he does and creates a new character based on Detective Beckett and just to annoy her, he uses his connections to team up with her :lol:!

Okay, it's far too late to write a little more about it, something like a proper review, I will make sure to find some time tomorrow. Or Friday, Friday looks a lot more promising (time-wise). Well, that's it for now, I gotta go to sleep

In other news, I'm really sorry, I haven't been around too much for the last couple of days, well, weeks. What can I say, I'm giving my life a major overhaul, and it takes a lot of time. But it was about time for that. Unfortunately, it means a little less online time, a little less tv :(, but I guess it's worth it. But don't worry, I won't go at all.

And to end this blog with a little tv talk: I'm done with Heroes. Sorry, I don't like the new Volume at all. I can't even say why I haven't already quit watching. And while I kick it off my tv schedule, I will add a new show. Finally, Nathan Fillion is back :D! Tonight, the first episode of Castle will air. I think it looks promising :). Definitely worth watching.

Hey, how are you all :). Hope everything's fine. I wasn't around much for the last days, because I'm visiting my sister right now. Against my expectations, it's really been great so far (:lol: I hope she doesn't read this, she's going to kill me otherwise), sometimes it can be a little difficult to spend so much time together: we are twins, but we are also like day and night. So to speak: a perfect complement for the other one. And when we have a good day, we even like each other :lol:!
Tomorrow, I will hopefully go to a concert. Hopefully, because I still don't have a ticket. However, I already worked on a Plan B of Plan A (buying a ticket) fails: I take my brother-in-law's ticket. He doesn't know about it yet though.
In other good news: a friend of ours (who also spent the weekend here) saw my cousin's baby and she doesn't think he is really that ugly. The real problem is, he surely looks like his father, and if you know his father you can't stand that baby anymore :shock:!

another weekend already over...

This one sucked anyway. (Well, at least for me :roll: ). Today, I took an almost internet-free day, but mostly because of a really bad headache, which came with another cold (the tenth or so this winter :roll: ) and probably won't go away for the next days.

Speaking of pain, well muscle ache, yesterday I had this bad idea to help my father to carry the old freezer out of the basement and out of the house. Wow, I never thought it would be that heavy! Before anyone asks: yes, I have super-strength :P! With the task done, we didn't want to try to carry the new one down the stairs. So if anybody is interested...

Hey, how are you, I hope you all have a great and quite enjoyable weekend :). For me, this one was a relaxed one, though there was the birthday party of my aunt we celebrated yesterday. With the new generation growing and having each year more of the little ones running around, it can get quite noisy. However, the kids played together and didn't need a lot of attention, and it was nice to see everyone again and have a good time. Ok, not exactly everybody had a good time :lol:!

Well, we spent a lot of time mocking my cousin's partner and father of her two children, but my cousin started it. And he deserves it. He, the one with the funny looking baby, said something like "after all, she is fairly cute" to my baby niece :shock:! I don't have to say that it was NOT a good idea. Such an idiot. I would really like to post a picture of his offspring right now, but unfortunately the camera deleted the pictures itself... just couldn't take it...

A little later, we discovered that my baby niece finally got her first tooth that day. She decided to bite me and it surprisingly hurt a lot more than a toothless bite would have. My sister was not too pleased, she is still breast feeding her :lol:!

Look, I'm Young And Restless :D. Never thought I would get there. Anyway, nothing important happened today. Wait... That's not true.

Did you watch it? The Presidential Inauguration of Barack Obama? Well, I didn't, but I just couldn't fit it in my schedule. And I wasn't in the mood either, I'm not too fond of these kind of celebrations. I will take a look at tv.com's coverage though, rather than ignoring it completely.

However, I could fit in (and enjoy) the new House episode, and The Mentalist of course. You haven't seen it yet? You should, it's definitely worth it. And young and restless or not, I'm without rest and fairly tired right now. So that it's for now, see you around :)

Hey, how are you :). I hope you had a nice weekend, mine had certainly its moments. And after a troublesome week, this Sunday was all about doing nothing at all. I even wanted to stay in bed all day, but I had to realize that no one in my family was willing to bring me some food or to care for me. So that didn't work out :(.

In other news, my grandma is back in the locked ward because she got lost on Friday. She just walked out of the hospital, without her jacket, and was found a few hours later in a shopping center. We have no idea how she got there, she didn't have a lot of time to run away. And for god's sake, she wasn't wearing a jacket while it was freezing cold outside!

I don't get it...

Hey, how are you all :)? Feeling better after the devastating news? No, me neither...

I have a little update on my grandma: Well, she is not longer locked up (closed ward), and we will see how that works out. And apparently, there's nothing you can do when somebody reached that point my grandma did. Meaning: no further checkups. Nothing else than giving her tranquillizer. Well, the doctors did look again at the results of an examination they did a week before Christmas. Yeah, my feeling: that is not comparable with her current condition, before Christmas she was herself most of the time, but now she is, hm, completely mixed up... Anyway, the diagnosis (I would call it blind guessing) says: maybe dementia, maybe a stroke, but there are also signs of circulatory disorder in her brain, or Alzheimer's... to sum it up: it could be anything or everything on the list, and there is no prognosis and nothing what we can do. It's going downhill, and it's going fast. In addition to that, she had swollen legs today, that could mean she has a problem with her heart now :(... The only good news this week: the old people's home in this town will take her.

In other news, I have an ID now :shock:! Look at the posts in the forums, they added an ID (why?), and there's no longer a timestamp, just today or yesterday... And the pms look different to me... That's what I noticed so far. I'm wondering when we will see the darker tv.com homepage?
