But it really hurts that Blu-Ray doesn't have LOTR, i mean cmon..the best movie ever isn't on Bluray?! :( And what about Troy? I loved the action in that movie.. It would be too expensive buying both hd-dvd addon and ps3 for bluray (im getting an xbox 360 for sure next month)

LOTR is also only on HD-DVD, not Blu-Ray. Which movies are actually on Blu-Ray that should make me want to get it?

300 is also on both formats so that's good.

Heavenly Sword Watch the Stage Demo, this game is 10-15 hours long. It'll be lucky to get AA.

Warhawk (with Wireless Headset included) Hmm..competitive tactic games are always best on PC.

Unreal Tournament 3 (Exclusive till Spring 08) How good were the past UT's on PS2 compared to PC? AA, PC will get AAA.

All the games above are exclusive for the PS3 (add some non exclusives like GTA IV , and its perfect)

Unlike other platforms the PS3 has all types of games with Adventure games,Fighters , shooters , platformers and action games.

You don't got Halo 3, Gears of War, or Mass Effect. Or even extra content on GTA IV. You don't got bioshock.

PS3's 07 line is a joke, I'll come back in '08 for PS3.

Remember I'm mostly interested in shooters so don't count those other pc games. Also, the point of an Xbox 360 is usually to sit back and play on a 50" screen, so I'm just gona go for that first. Thanks for the replies though guys, they helped a lot!

Now only to decide...I really would like to watch movies in high-def, but the HD-DVD addon is $200...and the PS3 is $300 more than that which has blu-ray discs. Ugh :((and one of my fav. movies is Troy, which I can't find on Bluray)

Showers in morning. I wash my face before sleeping since its a good way to prevent outbreaks/stay acne-free (getting the oil off your face). But 2 showers is kind of overkill, unless you're dirty/real tired.

And for baths...they are always fun! Just shower for 5 mins, then take a bath. :)

And yes sex in the Jacuzzi is fun.

Don't waste a damn on a 360... MS isn't even able to build something that last...

Pimp your PC and get almost every big games of the 360 on your PC... Mass Effect and GTA 4 are sure to be on PC due to the past of their makers.

Not as interested in RPGs as much as shooter-type games. Not interested in RTS games at all.

Main games on the Xbox 360 are:

Note: Assassin's creed may or may not be a bad port for the PC, so can't count it.

• Unreal Tournament 3

• Call of Duty 4 (because of mouse/keyboard)

Quality > Quantity, but even in that case...both selections are good. I'd get through F.E.A.R & STALKER and probably not go back to them much, but still...they also aren't that compareable to the other titles imo.

Tough call.Xbox 360 gets a couple extra points...can't beat playing on a large screen. But heh it's a tight call.

If the Xbox 360 can survive this winter though, I can always get a PC around January-February...with a better DirectX 10 card than the current ones.

I don't like IGN's reviews to be honest, they rated Lord of the Rings Online too high and that game is a rehash of WoW.

Gamespot > IGN, nuff said.

Well I guess it's smarter to get x360 now and pc later, because of x360's lineup this year, and I would be able to get a better video card for the new NVIDIA series or w/e next year. Yah.

Also, having a 50" 1080p samsung DLP (DLP's are best for gaming right?), I'd like to watch some movies in High-Definition. Spending $200 to get HD-DVD add-on isn't worth it I think cause for about $300 more I can get a PS3. But some movies that I really enjoyed, like Troy, aren't on Blu-Ray :( (I'm a fan of those historic/big battle/lotr movies) But some people say Blu-Ray has way more movies, but then when I checked www.futureshop.ca there's barely any Blu-rays.

Also, is Lord of the Rings on Blu-Ray or HD-DVD yet? I'd want to watch that for sure on high-def, or could I just do the upscale thing?
